Working with British Gas over the last 8 years has created it's own challenges. Changing it's corporate identity guidelines a few years ago meant we had to embrace big changes in the organisation.
Working to these new guidelines has helped produce a recent advertising campaign to get more customers on board through a recommendation programme. The success of this initiative was highlighted with the uptake of new accounts opened.
